Job Description

Are you looking to use your financial planning administration experience in a firm that puts its clients at the very heart of everything it does? We’re busy and we’re growing and can offer you a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and enthusiastic team and play a key support role as part of the client servicing function.

Day-to-day it will be varied and challenging and you will be providing support in many areas covering financial advisory, new business, provider liaison, maintaining systems and ensuring we continue to meet high compliance standards.

We are looking for:

  • At least two years’ financial planning administration experience
  • Progress in a financial planning qualification is highly desirable
  • Good IT skills and experience with diary management software
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and the ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues
  • Possession of a positive attitude as you must be proactive and willing to help others and work without supervision
  • Clear attention to detail, must be able to work within defined business processes and plan your day and prioritise your workload
